I went to consult at the SWDclininc for the 1st time, there was 0 communication and oh the staff no smile or sense of professionalism except the reception people (a guy and a lady) it's like you're in a government clinic with angry + grumpy employees on a Monday morning initially I had went for my"braces"nothing was explained properly to me besides being told that I will have to clean my teeth first and consider doing bridges or something and I literally had to go back and fro to my car as there were things I had forgotten to ask, you're not being told the about price, method of payment etc and even if you ask still the othordentist and his mates at the back really don't have time for you, worse experience ever especially since it was my first time to even have my teeth cleaned, a smile and customer care goes a long way we're also professionals when we come to the clinic who are going to pay at the end at least show humanity and smile a little since you're dealing with people's smiles.
