WOW Service from Enerst and Wellington

I recently had an excellent experience with your employees Enerst and Wellington (Restaurant) I just thought you should know that these guys are real asset to your business. I'm a regular client there on the restaurant side, but I use your Hotels all the time when I travel, I am currently a Platinum card holder on Rewards program.<br> <br> Anyone who treats customers with so much kindness and respect is a rare jewel, and truly gives you an edge over your competition. It's rare to encounter anyone these days who genuinely wants to help a customer solve a problem or find exactly what they need, we living in such a challenging economy, most employees don't feel they're paid enough to put forth an effort that will only put more money into their boss's pocket.
