Worst service

Nobody got back to me on facebook as well ,my worst stay ever.moved into a room with no aircon no tv.i had to move rooms middle of the night my stay is for 8 nights and everynight my aircon is leaking spoke the the GM Linda Reddy she has never gotten back to me or even gave me 1 call. i am so miserable my worst holiday ever and very very disappointed with Tsogo Suns service.
