Worst Refund Service

I was booked to stay at tsogosun for 3 days (Nov 25) but due to unforeseeable circumstances, had to check out after one day. I then filled the refund form and was told that i would receive my money in 7 working days. It is Jan 2016 and still no refund. i called them and they made me fill another form (two weeks ago) and they said i would receive it same day... Nothing to date.. Their service is utterly poor. ALL I WANT IS MY REFUND...PLEASE. I WANT MY R3000
