Worst Experience of my life

My fiance and I always use Tsogo Sun hotels, but we had never stayed at the Suncoast Hotel (Durban), and since it was the only hotel available for the period 29/04 - 01/05, we decided to give it a go. I made the reservation with an internet based travel agent and requested a sea facing room, however when we arrived we were not given a sea facing room, i made it known to the lady who was helping us, and she just really wasn't concerned and didn't seem to care. Throughout our stay we requested that they let us know if sea facing rooms were available and we didn't mind paying extra, but noone moved a finger to try and assist us. We paid for parking, but there was no parking available at night, we had to wait for about 45 mins outside incase someone left so we could park. The room was small like a tin, the toilet is so small and uncomfortable, it felt like an Eezy Loo toilet, the kettle in the room was dirty, the carpet was dirty, even when they had cleaned the room. The biscuits in the room were old and not crunchy, and overall, the staff wasn't friendly, and it was the most painful R4000 we had spend. We felt that we were ********** and the fact that the staff made us feel like they're doing us a favour was also frustrating.
