Worst check in process
Southern Sun Elangeni I’m so disappointed in their booking and check in process. Things are not clarified from booking stage and even communication received after. Traveling with babies and having to encounter such is the worst. Could’ve done better for my family

14 May 2021, 22:36I had requested a cot when I booked...wasn’t in my room when I arrived. After calling and requesting it the lady just walked in and left it at the entrance, for me to see how and what I do with it. No assistance to move beds around or anything. Worst experience! No value for money
