What is Buffet with out food

This place is terrible, I have never see such a terrible buffet, we came with church group and there was no food, we ended up sharing. We paid for this buffet and we didn't eat. This is so disappointing. The whole team is very upset. Very disappointed, even the no normal clients were complaining.. Im very disappointed. Our church group didn't eat, we left with some of the people not eating, super dissatisfied, disappointed. What is buffet with out food

I really can't believe that Southern Sun did not responding to my complaint, I want my buffet money back... I'll keep posting in all social media until you give me my money back... Please close that buffet because it was nonsense. You are just *****ing people's money and not providing any food.... Southern Sun buffet must be closed... Please no 1 must book Southern Sun buffet... Its terrible they are just taking our money and not giving what they promised

@southern Sun.. Im so so happy, I was contacted by Lesego Cobo and this lady should the voice of southern Sun, her customers service is what i do and speak to my clients. I wanted my money back out of anger and bad experience BUT Lesego changed my mind. My pastor is very happy with the redoing of the buffet because it was very embarrassing for him that I sent him the bad buffet hotel but we are redoing it... Thank you Lesego Cobo God bless you and keep up the good work. You are the best and you deserve an increase and all the good things that your company comes with as benefits. God bless you for me Lesego our church married group is happy with another buffet
