We pay for danger!

Due to the electrical fire that started late last night on your premises the one romantic evening I was supposed to have turned into a nightmare. I had to get treatment for smoke inhilation plus we had to drive so far in the middle of the night. Since your hotel had NO warning system in place and for the disruption i request a full refund and a nights accomodation not at the sun square hotel since I dont trust that place at all.This all is offcourse if u want a returning customer or one that will never stay at your hotels again and have a story to tell.
