VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

On our last night, decided to dine at the restaurant. Starters arrived quite promptly, and where very enjoyable. But, we waited almost 1,5 hours for our mains. We had asked 3 waiters to check on our food. None of them came back to tell us what was going on. We eventually walked out in disgust. I complained to the Food and Beverage manager before checking out. He was very apologetic. And he offered a meal on the house the next time we visit. He promised to e mail this confirmation, and almost a month later, I am still waiting. I spoke to him yesterday, and he promised to send the mail yesterday. Guess what?? No mail!! Shocking!
