Very Disappointing Service @ Arabella

Good Day<br> <br> <br> I will try and keep this brief as possible.<br> Myself and my wife booked on [URL Removed] @ Arabella for our honeymoon and got confirmation email that has been processed already. We have made the payment for the dates as from the 7th till 10 September 2015.<br> <br> Thereafter we get email saying, it has been cancelled due to the hotel being fully booked and we spoke to management as well and found it even more disappointing when they told us there is nothing they can do.<br> <br> For a five start hotel that's giving us this service?? This is our honeymoon and yet we got all confirmations and everything on record and later on you tell us its fully booked??<br> <br> Absolute disgusting.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> <br> Mr Ebrahim
