VERY BAD SERVICE

The lady at reception was very mean and treated us unfairly. I paid for the booking on the 9th July for the 20th of July stay. On the date of arrival I phoned the lady at reception at 18:42 to confirm that we still on our way, just delayed because we were coming from God's Window. She canceled our booking at 18:43, I received the email from Sun1 Nelspruit saying that our booking has been canceled. When we got there, the lady at reception demanded that we pay for the booking again because our booking wasn't paid for. I showed her the receipt from the bank confirming the payment to Sun1. She said that it doesn't prove anything. We waited at reception for 30 minutes trying to prove to her that I paid. I showed her the email that was sent to me at 18:43 stating that our booking has been canceled. And she denied it. I was so angry because of the treatment we received from this lady. I STRONGLY DO NOT recommend Sun1 Nelspruit until the lady at reception is dealt with. I'm very disappointed. And it was a night of my birthday eve, she ruined my peace
