Utterly repulsive

Tsogo Sun Gold Reef City. They has a promotion which they have every now & then. This is the very first time that I’ve experienced this though. They were giving away free plays if you spend R100 a visit but had to visit them twice before the 25th of September. I went on the 1st of September when I received the first sms & then again on the 6th of September. When I went thru the first time the guy who assisted me said I was only there on the 6th. Bear in mind, I didn’t have any proof to back my claim that I was there on the 1st but I had mentioned it to him. He told me the sms’s were only sent out on the 15th of September. I asked how was this possible & why did he pick up on the system that I was there on the 6th & he said because the promotion was running then. I then went back the following day. A very kind gentleman who worked there took me to a lovely lady by the name of Lindewe (if I’m not mistaken). Anyway, she checked & by then I had found proof that I had received the first sms on 01/09/2023 that if I had played R100 a minimum of R100 a visit & visited Gold Reef City twice by 25/09/2023 I would have gotten R200 in freeplay. She told me that she would have to check & as it was Saturday & the relevant people she would have to enquire about this would only be back at work on Monday, as in this Monday that passed, but she was off & would call me on Tuesday. I had asked her what was the issue on hand & she said because I had won when I played that’s why. What utter nonsense. This is just ludicrous, so I must play a minimum of R100 a visit & lose in order to collect my R200 free play. I still haven’t received any feedback from Gold Reef City staff. Maybe I should go thru & throw my toys out of the cot to get someone to address this matter.
