Unwelcoming reception

<p>I have just received an Unwelcoming reception at Southern Sun Pretoria. During check in I was told what is my room number and which floor will I find it in had to ask and seemed like I am asking too much from the lady. She did not tell me about the breakfast time and how the complimentary data works. I had to request for someone to assist with the luggage I was told to wait someone is coming but no one came I had to go and back to the reception to ask again to be assisted with luggage.</p> <p>What happened to that warm welcome that I am used to receive at the reception, for the money that we pay we expect to treated the same by the staff.</p>
