Unsatisfied Guest

I was booked into room 217 at Sun1 International port elizabeth for 2 nights. There was a dripping sound whole night and the passages where very noisy. My daughter got sick the 2nd night and was vomiting I asked for something to clean up and they sent me a dry mop and bucket with no detergents. I was very unhappy. The vent in the bathroom also did not work so any smells stayed hanging in the room.
