Unprofessional

On the 16th of February we contacted the Newlands Southern Sun in order to arrange a venue for a launch.<br> The person we contacted was Ashleigh Campbell, the Banqueting coordinator. After some attempts to try to get a response from her, we finally received a response today the 23 February 2016. The response was in the negative, so we have wasted a whole week waiting for nothing. Please tell this person that any response is better than no response
