Unhygienic Room

Booked for 4 days at The Edwards Hotel and house keeping is a huge disappointment. Our bedding for 3 nights was never changed. I had to go to reception to ask for clean linen, clean towels and for our small bins to be emptied out, there are no mats on the bathroom floors. The wooden things in the room are full of dust. The person cleaning our room basically did nothing but just straight the the bedding, dirty as it was. My family and I have been in an unhygienic room for 3 night. This is totally unacceptable. Dusty and dirty room for a long stay. I will never come back to this hotel simply because of House Keeping!
