Unhappy client

On the 23 April 2023 my Car was clamped due to the incorrect parking as we did not have knowledge that we do not park on the drop off area, however the security guard (Rikhotsho)from Ma***o security Protection has damage my mag rim. The security guard was very Rude and disrespectful towards me. When I ask him what should I do since the vihacle has been damaged he told me "I don't know" with a disgusting manner I was told to go to a parking management where I paid R2000 for a clamp removal, the lady that was assisting said I must ask the security guard to show or talk to Roney who is a Pss in which I ended not seeing him. We went back to the management park where I insisted to see only to find he is attending a accident on 4th floor, I spoke to Nonsunsuka who gave me your mail.

I want this resolved ASAP.
