Unexpected noize Hazzard at hotel

My husband and I travel often, and use a wide variety of hotels frequently. So do we use Tsogo Sun often. And always with good experience. However, the Pretoria hotel is situated in the middle of high taxi traffic and hooting. This carries on through the night. We feel that there must be a small note or something to indicate "slight noise Hazzard" One can then ask and decide for yourself if it will be okay or not. Just the lack of warning was already a frustration.
