Understanding and Helpful

I was booked in to stay at the marine parade hotel for 3 nights, unfortunately on the first night there was a break in at my house which forced me to cut my stay short, the front desk advised me to leave my details and were sympathetic towards my situation. I followed up within a week about a refund for the days I did not stay at the hotel, within 5 days I was given a refund. I would like to thank all involved from the from desk to reservations and accounts for such team effort in concluding a guests query so speedily. I will definitively be visiting your establishment again and again. for customer service I would rate you 5 stars. thank you once again and hope my next holiday there will be soon.
