Umhlanga Sands / Tsogo Sun admin bad PR and capaciity

Today 29 July I phoned Umhlanga sands to try to find out if I could place one of my timeshare weeks in the rental pool After being transferred from a "Caprice" in some department to another 3 people in who knows what department , I could not get off the starting blocks. Eventually gave up after each person transferred me to another hopeless person. All I wanted to know was 1.Can I place my timeshare in the rental pool 2. Did the rental pools returns for the equivalent timeshare last year cover the levy. You would think I wanted to get a place on Mars. Arrogant, uninformative , uncooperative , curt, lack of capacity absolutely no PR at all are all words that come to mind If the hotel admin is so bad I'm surprised that they can run this place at all Makes you wonder if the rental pool parameter is a **** - I mean how difficult is it to answer two simple questions. These people need to be trained in hotel management and PR Tsogo Sun hospitality with no hospital!!
