Tsugo sun rewards not credited in my account

<p>Sun rands not credited in my account I registered for the reward programme on 17 on July 2016.I checked in the Stay Easy Pietermaritzburg on the 21 August 2016 and checked out on the 31 August 2016.However the points have not been updated or credited into my account.When i check in i provided the hotel consultants with my card number.Its been 3 weeks and my account still not credited.I called and i was told that the reservation numbers did not have a membership number attached to it, in which it is required for one to claim a missing stay or statement update.This is a total reep off since i provided my card number upon check in.This is totally a poor service</p>
