Tsogo sun website booking Mayhem

I booked for a two night stay at Southern Sun new lands for 2 nights from 12 November on the Tsogo Sun website on bed and breakfast basis with a non smoking room . However when I was printing out the confirmation from the site this morning the room has being changed to smoking and no meals. To my horror I realized that the meals from the confirmation email was also gone. When I arrived at the hotel today the smoking room issue was sorted out but now my rates are on room only basis and the front desk said they need to speak to the manager to see if I can be accommodate (however he is currently in a meeting) calling the customer center I was told the bookings can no longer be amended as I have already checked in. On the Internet the rate I am charged for 'room only ' now is the same as bed and breakfast rare for tomorrow evening at R1409 and breakfast per person is at R195 pp. I believe there are some serious issues with regards to the website booking as at the moment I have lost out R780 on breakfast and 8min call with no result. Please sorted out immediately as I believe I was sold rooms on bed and breakfast and now being over charged by 26% for my room only stay
