TSOGO SUN - UNHELPFUL

To Whom It May Concern. I had won a prize letter last year of which is expiring on 28 Nov 2015 for a two night stay at any tsogo sun hotel in South Africa along with two airtickets (return) and car hire. Due to personal reasons i was not able to make use of the voucher and when i had asked for an extension i had no help with Tsogo Sun nor any consideration into looking if they could extend it for me of which i had sent them the airtickets that the airline had extended for me to March 2016. I then queried if i could make use of the voucher and stay at the Palazzo at Monte Casino of which i had a response they had reached their limit on vouchers for bookings of which i was not aware of and was not stipulated in the terms &amp
