Tsogo Sun, Southern Sun hotel, Maharani, *******ly *****ing money from people's accounts.

Last week, Sunday, 31 March 2019, while I was checking out of the hotel, which was booked by my employer, with valid vouchers given to them, they took R7957, instead of a mere R20, owed for a tip.

I saw it immediately, and asked them to reverse it. They told me it would take 24 hours to do so.

I called the entire week, with no luck. I reported to the GM and he promised to do something, with no luck.

I got some stop orders returned back, as there was insufficient funds in my account.

That affected , negatively my credit record as well.

Eventually, the money was reversed on Saturday, 6 April.

I used it, and left about R1800.

Today, 7 April, 7957, been ****** from my account, by Southern Sun, Maharani, as reflected in my statement.

Now, I have, minus R6000 and something in my account. That means, I will be charged. Y my bank, for over committing money I dont have.

Where do I start with these *******, please advise.
