Tsogo Sun OR Tambo
Just checked into the Tsogo Sun OR Tambo hotel and found that there were blood stains on the aircon unit and ants in the bedding. Tried to report this to management and was told that they were busy.
Completely pathetic and atrocious service from his group.
Will never use this chain again
