Tsogo Sun Maharani - Absolutley Amazing.

Our son always asked 'When can we stay at the hotel with the colourful lights'. On the 10th of February 2018, we surprised him with a stay at the Maharani....we were all in for a surprise. (A very big thank you to Nicole Munro for accommodating us on short notice).

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. From the time we walked in, we were all just in awe at of the hotel. Our family room was on the 22nd floor. The room was huge, and fully stocked, which the kids loved. The bathroom was reviewed by the best critic in the world - my 2yr old daughter and her words were simply Wow!

The views from the room were breathtaking. To the left - Mini Town and beyond. Center - the Durban beaches. To the right - North Beach and the harbor entrance.

The pool on the 32nd floor was amazing. You are literally swimming up in the sky - with a 360 degree view of the city.

If ever I pick a hotel in Durban to revisit - The Maharani will be my choice.
