Tsogo Sun Bad Service

Tsogo Sun takes a few days to respond to queries and the respond with a completely unrelated response. Tried to make a booking for end February 2019 using my Sun Rands. Was told by Call Centre Agent that my unused rewards roll over and my membership is automatically renewed as membership expires end January 2020. Was told by another Call Centre Agent Stanley that the system does not let you book or receive discounts in the month your rewards membership is going to expire. What a ****py rewards programme that actually stops people from booking in the month the rewards programme expires and automatically renews. Might as well book with Protea Hotels Victoria Junction - better rates and location.
