Total Mayhem

Firstly i would like to bring to your attention that i have specifically registered for Hello Peter to lodge this complaint as this whole ordeal has costed me time and money and not to forget egg all over my face! <br> <br> I have called through to your reception on the 2015-11-04 to make a booking for a double room for two nights (6th-8th) i spoke to a lady by the name of Mashudu she very professionally assisted and assured me that upon my arrival on the 6th all will be in order as i explained the reason for my stay was a surprise for my fiance and i had other activity's booked for at montecasino and surrounding areas (khai thai ,movies etc).<br> <br> Upon arrival no-one could pick up my booking and the staff asked for a reservation number which was never given to me initially as Mashudu assured me my surname would suffice!<br> <br> After waiting for more than an hour and trying to get a resolution i was told that you'll were fully booked!!!!!! I have travelled far and made alot of sacrifices thinking all would be in order! <br> <br> I had to cancel EVERYTHING and have lost out as some places had cancellation fees!<br> <br> Iam guttered by this and will not let it slide as it has costed me alot for absolutely nothing!<br>
