Top marks to Hyde Park Hotel staff

Last weekend I went to visit my sister who was staying at the Hyde Park Hotel. I had trouble finding the Restaurant where we were to meet. A staff member very kindly ushered me to different venues until I met my sister. When I wanted to return to my car, I couldn't remember the Level at which I parked. An attendant accompanied me in the lift and stopped at every level until I found my car. #WIN FIRST CLASS TREATMENT
