Ticketing Chaos at Gold Reef City

On Saturday morning my family and I decided to visit Gold Reef City. We arrived around 9:30 am.<br> <br> When we arrived, there were already a lot of people waiting to buy tickets and the queues were long. There were no marshals informing people where to queue. There were queues for hotel guests, queues for pre booked tickets (Computicket) besides the normal queues.<br> <br> For an organization with the resources and professionalism of Southern Sun I found the chaos and lack of crowd control totally unacceptable. The ticketing process was completely chaotic and as a result took us more than an hour and a half to purchase our tickets. <br> <br> For an organization with the prestige and stature of Southern Sun I find the poor planning and complete lack of crowd management for the ticketing process disgraceful! Poor form!
