Theft Case

I asked them to move me from my room after i saw ****roaches, they moved me to another room, then later on i realised that i forgot my Hilton Weiner dress on one of the hangers, called them, they asked me to check with them in the morning since the lady who cleaned it up was gone already, the next morning, she denied ever seeing my dress, what made me more upset was their manager told me that her stuff doesnt ***** from guests, and asked if i was sure that the dress was in the room, they dont even have cameras, so they couldn't even provide footage,she even asked for a case number when i threatened to go the police, unfortunately the police said its the hotel that should open a case, im so disgusted by this hotel and their management, my dress cost me R950. 00. And some ***** took it probably sold it for R10bucks, i wont rest till the whole country knows about this, even if it's the last thing i do, my company is one of the few companies terminating a contract with STAYEASY, this should teach them a lesson. Annoyed!!!
