Theft at Sunsquare Superbowl Hotel Cape Town

I was accommodated at the Sunsquare Superbowl Hotel from the 12th to 15th of March.Of which my personal belongings were ****** from my hotel room, a jacket and a belt of great sentimental and financial value.

Upon discovering the theft, I immediately reported the incident to the hotel management, expecting a prompt and effective response. However, the handling of the situation by the hotel staff and management was far from satisfactory. The lack of urgency and attentiveness to such a serious security breach was appalling.

I wish to also indicate that in our previous stay at the hotel a colleagues cellphone was ****** from her room and in most cases the only people who'd have access is people from House Keeping.

I'm still awaiting their call!
