The Lingela buffet was to die for!

I did not actually stay at the hotel, but I did visit the buffet just before the rest of the hotel, and it was amazing! Just delicious. I have gone twice actually, and everything was amazing. The staff are very well-trained and kind, and the food was all fresh and delectable. It is the first self-serve buffet that I have been to in like two years now, and it has to also have been the best. The chefs are also really really good. Some of the food is prepared right in front of you if you request it. The only part that was not self-serve or prepared in real-time was the desert section which oddly enough had to be served to you...? I do not know what that was about, but the rest of the experience was just great. The next time I go to Durban, I will definitely stop by. The prices are a bit steep for a buffet (over R400 per person), but that also seems to keep out families and uncultured people which is definitely nice too since buffets tend to attract groups who eat and speak over the rest of the room.
