The best service I ever received in a long time

On Monday the 2nd Feb 2015 I went through to the Tsogo Sun website looking for Dec 2015 accommodation in Durban, I found the numbers and made the calls. It was a disaster, I got through a lady from the Sun coast hotel, she was very rude abrupt and unwilling to help so I left despondent and said I would never ever go to Durban. <br> Then on the 3rd I called the toll free line which I suppose its their head office number. I got through MOTHEO, wow what a brilliant turn of events, not only was he the opposite of what I had experienced the previous day but he was over and above my expectations. He made a booking for me not in Durban but around Gauteng.<br> He educated me, registered me on their loyalty programme and generally treated me as if I was the only customer on earth. My holiday is booked and I look forward to a beautiful rest and good time in December 2015. <br> Employ more of the MOTHEO,S please.
