Terrible Terrible!

I booked at southern sun or tambo on Wed. I got a confirmation etc When I arrived from on Thursday at the airport.. hotel made us wait half n hour for a shuttle service. Remember now I have a baby and so many luggage. Upon arrival at the hotel we were told that they over booked. The manager was absolutely unhelpful. He accepted that he wss supposed to phn n tell us in advance but that we didn't pay. So what. We usually pay at the hotel. Point is booking was confirmed! He was extremely unhelpful and sent us to garden court which wss basically 2 star. To say the least we couldn't even shower there Will never book online again and will forward to social media!
