terrible service from managers

I am going on leave and want to make a booking and not getting any help from managers who should be there for customers. Michelle from Durban promised to contact me on 18/03/19 @2pm as yet no call received. Viloshinie Supervisor was rude and arrorgant to me . I complained to to Diane the CEO assistant who told she will contact me on 18/03/19 before she leaves as yet no call received. Managers promise to call but do not contact. Also managers not available to speak to customers. Terrible service from a big company.
