Terrible service at southern sun maharani

Terrible service Called reception but kept me waiting for 5minutes with nobody answering so went down to reception and ask for Fresh towels The reception **** straight to my face saying the supervisor is in my room now , came up only to find it was a lie Service is extremely terrible Had to beg for clean towels just to shower Room not cleaned at at 1pm Asked them to clean room at 9am
