terrible security - unsafe at golden horse

i was at Golden Horse casino in pmb last night, I spoke to Nico head of security as he told me but today I hear that is not the case but site manager. I was at the ten pin bowling area and my food parcel was moved from the table whilst I was paying. this was done in front of their staff standing together and watching. So if valuable things are left on table then the staff turn a blind eye. Nico said he will get the owner to contact me but as yet no call received from senior mgt at Golden horse or the owner of the the magic company. The manager at the bowling was not helpful. There is no proper oversight . Why have so many staff who dont bother about partons.
