Terrible Hotel with High Prices

Terrible Service from staff! Terrible food. The list goes on and on we are disgusted that there can be a hotel with such a low standard that falls within the Tsogo Sun group. From double charging me for my accommodation to housekeeping asking me why i need another towel?? Breakfast and supper is terrible at the hotel so we have been paying extra money to order food from independent restaurant next to hotel. Today i decide to take breakfast on the run from your hotel -so stale!so stale!! the bread actually smells off!!!Called F&B Supervisor -absolutely no empathy or apology from her - she promised over an hour ago to to sort out....yup one is def better at home then being inconvenienced at Garden Court East London. Oh and i still dont have my money back!! so unprofessional no one seems to care apparently Reservations Clerk is away??<br> Guys is there no QA system in place for this hotel as other hotels visited by myself and fam were just fine.
