Terrible attitude from frontline staff

I contacted the garden court mariane parade to make a booking last night and the service from the switchboard and receptionist and the duty manager was terrible. Instead of them dealing what I need they assume that I am staying the hotel and kept asking my room number. It was an external call. They were not helpful or friendly. They were rude.
