SWITCHBOARD NOT HELPFUL

<p>This evening approx. 20:05 I phoned the suncoast hotel and spoke to Alisha. I wanted to know of any promotions or specials. She said there is one for R995 with bfast and she will transfer me to the reservation department and it went to vmail. I was thinking she was transferring me to the hotels ones as she did not advise me where she was transferring me. I suppose its the Durban one as per the options. Hocome she does not know the reservations close at 7pm. When I phoned again when I asked for the duty manager she transferred me to another person who then transferred me to the duty manager who did not apologise but seemed to think it was fine and making excuses for her. </p>
