Suncoast Casino spa sucks

This is one of the saddest reviews as this Spa was once one of the best in Durban. The management of the spa or rather lack there of is absolutely atrocious. They are clueless. I was booked for a 12 pm appointment on the 9 September 2018. After waiting for 10 minutes after 12pm I was showed to my room by who I thought was my the****** only to be informed somebody else would attend to me. To my dismay i disrobed, payed on the bed and waited for almost 15 minutes without a soul attending to me. I promptly got dressed gathered my belongings and left as after alerting what looked like the receptionist and administrator, not even an apology was offered. It is bitterly disappointing and leaves a terrible taste in my mouth considering how often I use the complex facilities. With the new development going on surely the management should address this glaring shortcoming.
