SUN 1 PORT ELIZABETH (BAD SERVICE)

I made a booking on booking.com and cancelled after i was charged a wrong amount. SUN 1 PORT ELIZABETH Confirmation number: ********** 745 PIN Code: 8083 I want my refund of R1814.97 charged to my account on Sunday 07.08am. the booking was R1796 and I was charged immediately when I was told I will not be charged in your advert. I want my refund immediately back to my account. I do not appreciate a bad customer service and intend to escalate this If i am not refunded my close of business today

The lady at the reception picking my calls promised to send the refund form and never sent it for about 2 days now. She was very rude to be at a reception of an hospitality business front desk. Why should i be ignore after several calls and even my phone call dropped while i was still speaking. This is a very bad service and I am sure this will be done to the clients/customers who actually book the place.
