The receptionist (Siyanda) and service is pathetic. She is unable to apply her mind. I Was staying there on 27 of Feb. MY cell battery was dead and the receptionist refused to allow my ride driver to come up to fetch me on the morning of 28th. She told him, she can't as it is procedure and that he must call but my phone was dead and he explained that to her. But she refused. I could have been deaD in the room and she said if I'm dead, she'll find out at 11 during checkout. She even said the procedure makes sense and that it we don't make sense of the procedure. This service staff at the sun 1 in milnerton lacks mental capacity.
