I've never had such a bad experience on the phone with someone working in the hospitality industry. How can you employ someone like a duty manager who worked yesterday night? She doesn't have any etiquette on how to deal with issues. The only thing she knows is shouting and trying to be rude to everyone. That kind of attitude would surely put your business down.
