Stinking and Dirty Carpet

I checked in on 20 April and was allocated room 215 which had an extremely stinking and dusty carpet and had to sleep with windows open from 2am as the stench was no longer bearable. On Thursday morning I reported to reception and they said they will clean it. Upon return in the evening, the carpet was still smelling and dusty. This had since triggered a bad flue. I also reported to the reception on Friday when i checked out and they just laughed it off. The Staff was not apologetic at all. Now I have a flue and have infected my whole family back at home. Medical bills knocking on the door, have to take leave and miss important meetings and deadlines.

I do not recommend anyone to stay at the Garden Court in Kimberley.
