StayEasy Hotel on Bree Street missing parcel

It is very unfortunate that I have to write this review today, a friend of mine was staying at StayEasy and I left 2 package for him at the reception. However, only one of the parcels was received by my friend and we only realised it when he came back from the holidays. We called the hotel again to enquire and I was told they would let us know what happened to the missing parcel since Saturday and nothing so far. Could we please be made aware of what happened to the 500 rand worth package we specifically told the reception to ensure the guest receives. The guest was staying in room 658 at the Bree street hotel and left on Friday 5th January. This is highly unprofessional of them to not follow up.
