Stay Easy Lusaka

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and have had pleasant experience with the staff and the rooms are clean and comfortable. But our last stay was disappointing as we were given a room with no hot water. Upon calling reception we were told to 'just let the water run, it will soon be hot'. This is not the answer expected as this hotel have posters in the room declaring their commitment to being water conservative. Eventually we were given a room that did have hot water. The hotel knew we were arriving as we had booked two weeks in advance and we had confirmed this booking again the previous day. It is very disappointing to see standards slipping
