Stay easy hotel Maputo unprofessional

I had booked at Stay Easy Maputo with my two other friends for 3 nights. Saturday morning there was heavy rain and the water started coming into my room and when I called reception to help come assess the situation, nothing was done. I didn’t even see the rooms manager till I checked out. There was too much water coming into the room and had to improvise and use bin as a water collector. I even took pictures of the incident. I got towels from house keeping that was cleaning the rooms nearby. None of the staff came in to assess the extent of the damage. This I found very unprofessional. I’m disappointed by this hotel.
