Staff Dishonesty and Lack of customer service

<p>Forgot my valuable item in my hotel room as soon as I realised that they not In my bag after checking out I called in and I was told house keeping starts at 8am and after calling in again I was then told they didn't find anything. I mean being definitely sure I forgot them while packing on top of the bed. Until this day I'm finding it hard to believe how can I be filled with such dishonesty for my valueable Gucci shades. </p>
